Elvis the manager is incredibly disrespectful. I will never be coming back here. Someone needs to put him in check or fire him. You’re losing business because of him. I own multiple cars and always use the same spot if it’s a good one. Definitely not worth coming back to. Their work is terrible as well

We desperately needed a wash after a pretty rough winter, so on the first sunny day, like everyone else, we headed to our local hand wash spot. It took about 15 minutes to get serviced on a Saturday morning around 11am, which was pretty impressive given how busy they were. The team was friendly, efficient, and the price felt fair for the speed of service. Overall they did a good job, but the detailing effort fell just short of a five star experience. I would personally pay a bit more for a little extra attention to detail. There were a few spots that were missed, like around the logo, door handles, and a couple obvious areas inside the vehicle. I asked someone to come back and do a quick final wipe. It also seemed like the towels might need to be changed more frequently. The mirrors and glass had quite a few streaks and water spots that were not fully wiped down. That said, the staff was very nice and the facility itself was clean and well run. I wish Google allowed a 4.5 rating because they were close. My suggestion is to bring an extra rag so you can do a quick spot check once they finish. Would still return, just hoping for a bit more attention to detail next time.

Overpriced by the work they really do. $42 for a small SUV with only 2 rows of seats. They charge the same for 3 rows of seats. My car was left as dusty as before and probably was cleaned with a dirty cloth as you can see the patterns all over. I wish I didn’t wipe my dash board before taking the pictures but hope this helps. My touch screen wasn’t even wiped as well as my instrument cluster. It’s a ripoff

For full service at $40 with tip, I asked the manager if they would vacuum the trunk and clean the windows from the inside and he said yes. I asked him if he could make sure they did that bc last time they didn’t vacuum my trunk. Well I just got home assuming they would have vacuumed the trunk and cleaned the windows from the inside and sure enough they did not. I will not be going here again - too bad bc we have three cars and have been going here for years. This place has gotten worse. Poor service, poor quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hand car wash. I called ahead to ask how long the service would take because I was on a tight schedule. Instead of giving me a helpful answer, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive over the phone. That already made me hesitant, but I decided to go anyway. When I got my car back, it still had stains inside and dirt on the exterior — it honestly looked like it hadn’t even been properly cleaned. To make things worse, they scratched the top of my trunk, damaging the paint. This kind of damage is expensive to fix and will definitely affect the resale value of my car. Between the poor customer service, the careless work, and the damage done, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
